All of our products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. If for some reason there is something wrong with your order please contact us at the email or phone number listed at the bottom of every page on this site. This contact information will also be on the automatic email you receive outlining your purchase. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Seller reserves the right to send replacement parts when applicable. It is the customers responsibility to check their order within 7 days of receipt. Absolutely no returns will occur beyond 30 days from receipt of order.
Our refund policy does not cover items damaged due to wind or other “acts of God”, misuse or neglect. It is the customers responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they ordered. When returning an item for any reason, item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a 15% restocking charge. Also customer will be responsible for return shipping via UPS to us, except when a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may choose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair or replace such merchandise.
Some items, such as custom logo umbrellas, Sunbrella canvas replacement and others are not returnable.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
