I have to admit, I was a little nervous about placing an on-line order to a company I was not familiar with. And your pricing looked too good to be true which just added to my skeptisism! But after unsuccessfully searching for a smaller umbrella at all the big retailers in town and on the internet, I just had to trust your company and the testimonials that were on your site.

Well, after all that I have to tell you I was not disappointed! My umbrella arrived today and is much nicer and a better quality than one I bought locally a number of years ago. And the tilt feature is awsome! It will look great on the deck of my brand new home. Thanks for making such a quality product available at such a reasonable price.

Wow, what service... I put my order in over the internet for four 6-foot tilt umbrellas this past Friday and received e-mail confirmation at 1:48 p.m. Then at 1:55 p.m., I received e-mail notice that my order had shipped! Then, on the following Monday (yesterday), they arrived via UPS. I couldn't believe it. And, best of all, I love them. They are just as I had expected, very good quality, and look absolutely great on my deck. If I can get a good vantage point to take a picture, I will forward it to you. Thanks so much. You will definitely get my referral.

I bought a 9' 2 tier "Cranberry" umbrella to match the deck color of my patio. Thought that I would be disatisfied. " I LOVE it!" It is the most BEAUTIFUL umbrella that I have ever seen.. I have told my family and friends all about it. They come over to the house JUST to see the umbrella. They ALL agree. It is beautiful and the price was great!!. I got it in no time at all, just like you advertised.

Received the tilt umbrella and stand yesterday as promised in your email. Geez..., this is a darn nice umbrella! My wife loves it and it is attractive, functional and a snap to raise, lower or adjust the tilt in any direction (360 degrees). We don't see umbrellas of this quality vs. cost here in Washington state for less than $175. I spoke to you on the telephone before placing my order. We are very happy with our beautiful new umbrellas. The pulley system makes it easy for me to open the umbrellas without assistance and the tilt mechanism (my husband was unsure if it was necessary) allows us to better enjoy sitting out late in the afternoon when the sun is lower in the sky.
