This Patio umbrella is perfect for tables in the 36" - 42" range. Our 7.5' model features an easy lift up system. Asian hardwood, finished in a medium stain with lacquer applied for durability and ease of cleaning. Pole diameter is 1.5". Brass color pins and fittings add more class to this patio umbrella. Available in 9 colors with 8oz Polyester Canvas treated with 3M Scotchgard. We carry replacement canvas for our frames to extend the life of your market umbrella. Comes with a matching storage bag/umbrella cover.

This Patio umbrella is perfect for tables in the 42" - 54" range. Our 9' model features a pulley system for easy opening and closing. Asian hardwood, finished in a medium stain with lacquer applied for durability and ease of cleaning. Pole diameter is 1-3/8". Brass color pins and fittings add more class to this patio umbrella. Available in limited colors with 8oz Polyester Canvas treated with 3M Scotchgard. We carry Replacement Canvasfor our frames to extend the life of your market umbrella.

When it comes to a market umbrella, wood is one of the best and most sought-after pole materials. While market umbrella wood is often generic, most of the products sold in our store are made of authentic Asian hardwood and treated with a medium finish. We feel its appearance complements patios well. Additionally, all models have had lacquer applied for a polished look. Patio umbrella poles range from 1 3/8” to 1 7/8” in diameter so be sure to determine the exact dimensions when shopping for patio umbrella tables, stands or replacement umbrella poles.

Size & Weight

We have wood market umbrellas in all sizes from 5 and 6 foot patio umbrellas to 9’ market umbrellas and larger. The weight of each umbrella is dependent upon the size as well as a few other factors. 6.5 foot wood patio umbrellas tend to be about ten pounds while 11 foot options are around 30. We do offer a special lightweight 9 foot market umbrella that is about 14 pounds, 22% lighter than the standard wood umbrella model. 

Colors

It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for beige, burgundy, green, blue, black or red patio umbrellas, our products come in a variety of colors. Choose the one that will best suit your patio umbrella tables and other outdoor furniture. For example, many of our 9’ market umbrellas are available in ten different colors. Be advised: not every umbrella model is available in every color.

No Tilt?

Maybe you’re opposed to a wood umbrella because you want that wonderful patio umbrella tilt and you know most wooden umbrellas do not have a tilt function. However, as a specialty umbrella retailer we have wooden patio tilt umbrellas in our catalog and in stock. We offer both a 7.5’ tilt market umbrella and a similar 9’ wood patio umbrella. Each uses a brass fitting with a hinge that connects the patio umbrella poles to their respective ribs and canvas. With wood tilt market umbrellas, you get the best of both worlds.

Caring For Your Umbrella

It is important to care for an umbrella. Even though many canvases are water resistant, they are not water proof. Certainly they can survive a light to moderate rainstorm. However, leaving them outside all through winter is a bad idea. Snow will pile on top and cause water damage. Also, many types of fabric are said to resist fading. While this information is true, an owner can keep the bright colors even longer if they remember to put it away or use market umbrella covers to shield it from the elements when not in use. Our outdoor free standing umbrellas are designed to be easy to take down and put away. You’ll be out and back inside before the water in the pot on the stove starts to boil. However, should something happen to your umbrella, we do have replacement poles and parts available.
