Return Policies
All of our products are warranted to be free of
manufacturing defects. If for some reason there
is something wrong with your order please contact
us at the email or phone number listed at the
bottom of every page on this site. This contact
information will also be on the automatic email
you receive outlining your purchase. Please check
your order immediately upon receipt. Seller reserves
the right to send replacement parts when applicable.
Our refund policy does not cover items damaged due to wind or other "acts of God", misuse or neglect. It is the customers responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they ordered. If you have a question about proper use, please feel free to email us at fred@mjjsales.com
When returning an item for any
reason, item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds
will be given for the purchase price less a restocking charge. Also customer will be responsible for return
shipping via UPS to us, except when a manufacturing defect
is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect),
seller may choose to send a call tag for the merchandise
to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair
or replace such merchandise.
Some items, such as custom logo
umbrellas, Sunbrella canvas replacement and others are not returnable.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned
items. Only items with written authorization are eligible
for a refund. For this
reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written
authorization to return your purchase.
Privacy Policy
Just Umbrellas will never sell, trade or distribute your personal
information, such as your email, address, phone number, etc..
The only reason you will receive communication from us will
be in the event of a recall, response to a question, shipping
information or updates or if you sign up for our mailing
list. Our mailing list will only be used as an informational
tool to let you know when we receive new products or expanded
selection. The only way you can get on our mailing list is
by clicking on one of the links that says "Sign up for our
mailing list".
