This umbrella has a crank handle for easy opening and closing, along with a tilt mechanism to provide shade from and early morning or late afternoon sun. This elegant market umbrella is powered by electricity and converts your 110 outlet down to 15 volts for energy conservation. There is a small plug that plugs into the bottom pole about 22" above the ground. The wiring is all built into the support pole and ribs for the sharpest look. The lights are rated for 10,000 hours.
